Cheapest compounded tirzepatide online: verified prices and true annual cost
The cheapest tirzepatide plan is rarely the one with the lowest number on the page. This analysis counts everything a provider requires you to pay, at the dose you will actually be on, and says plainly when a provider keeps part of the price off its site.
The short answer
At the time of our latest verification (August 27, 2026), the lowest recurring price for compounded tirzepatide among providers we have verified is $104–$130 per month, for Lavender Sky Health's ReviveRx tirzepatide/B6, Tier 1 (40 mg total, 8–10 week supply) (TIER 1 (40mg total) $240 total for 8-10 week supply). Over twelve months at the starting dose that comes to $1,393–$1,705. At the 10 mg/week reference maintenance dose the same provider's price rises to $130–$163 per month. For a first year that follows the label schedule up to 15 mg, including every published required charge, the lowest complete total is $1,668 at NexLife (Standard injectable tirzepatide — 12-month plan), then Lavender Sky Health at $1,685–$2,158; the cheapest starting month and the cheapest full year are not always the same provider.
What “cheapest” means on this page
- Recurring price
- What you pay after any introductory period, at the labelled starting dose (2.5 mg/week), converted to a month. For plans sold as 8–10 week supplies the conversion produces a range, and we show the range rather than an average.
- True 12-month cost
- Recurring medication cost for twelve months plus every charge the provider requires: membership, consultations, follow-ups, shipping, supplies. A required charge the provider does not publish is named and left out of the sum, and the sum is marked incomplete.
- Price at the maintenance dose
- Most compounded plans charge more as the dose rises. We show the price in the tier that covers 10 mg/week, the reference maintenance dose from the branded label, and the increase from the starting tier.
- Introductory price
- A first-month or first-order discount. It is always labelled and always shown next to the price that follows it; it is never presented as the standard price.
- Verified
- Read from the provider's own pricing page or checkout on the date shown, with the source quoted. Figures from other comparison sites or search-engine answers are never used.
Full definitions of all twelve cost concepts are in the methodology.

Lavender Sky Health
Verified August 27, 2026 No financial relationship
At the time of our latest verification (August 27, 2026), Lavender Sky Health advertises compounded tirzepatide at $240 per order for a 8–10 week supply on its ReviveRx tirzepatide/B6, Tier 1 (40 mg total, 8–10 week supply) (ReviveRx Pharmacy, compounded with vitamin B6). That works out to a recurring price of $104–$130 per month. There is no membership fee. Consultations cost $65 per one-time. Shipping and supplies are included.
The price is dose-tiered across 5 bands. A patient who reaches the 10 mg/week reference maintenance dose moves to the Tier 3 (80 mg total) at $130–$163 per month, $26–$33 more than the starting tier. - Patients who want to choose the fulfilment pharmacy and formulation themselves
- Patients on low doses who can use the tier 0 or starter-dose plans
- Patients bringing an existing prescription who want an 8–10-week or 3–4-month supply
Watch for
- The consultation fee is excluded from every price and not stated on the pricing page, so no true 12-month cost can be completed without it
- Prices rise with dose on every compounded plan (tiered), and buying above the starting tier requires documentation of a current prescription
- Supply lengths of 8–10 weeks make monthly comparisons a range, not a number
- State coverage depends on which pharmacy you choose and is on a separate page
- Cancellation, refund and auto-renewal terms are not on the pricing page

Why tirzepatide prices move
Three things change the monthly figure more than the pharmacy does. First, dose: a compounded vial holds a fixed number of milligrams, so a provider selling by total milligrams charges more as the weekly dose rises, and the starting-dose price is the cheapest month a patient will have. Second, supply length: an “8–10 week supply” costs a different amount per month depending on where in that range the vial lasts, which is why we publish a range. Third, what the price excludes: a consultation or membership fee billed outside the plan price can add a third or more to a year's cost, and a provider that does not publish it cannot be compared on true cost at all.
Additives such as vitamin B6 or B12 change the formulation, not the evidence: no published trial of tirzepatide used them, and they are a reason to read the provider's compounding disclosure rather than a reason to expect a different result.
Before you buy
Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved and has not been reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. The rules under which pharmacies may compound it have changed since the shortage ended and may change again; check the provider's current statement on its legal basis and the pharmacy's state licence. Whether tirzepatide is appropriate for you is a decision for a licensed clinician who knows your history.
